1. Discovery Call

We start with a friendly video call to get to know you.
Together, we’ll discuss:

• Your goals for the shoot

• Where you are in your acting (or professional) journey

• The vibe you want to portray

• What kind of package suits your needs

 

2. Your Personal Mood Board

After our chat, I create a bespoke mood board based on everything we discussed.
It includes:

• Colours and tones that suit you

• Outfit suggestions

• Background Colours

• hairstyle & Posing Ideas

• Emotional tone and expressions that align with your goals

This helps us both stay creatively aligned.

3. Wardrobe Styling

Not everyone has a vast wardrobe — and that’s okay.
I carefully pull a curated selection of garments from my studio wardrobe for you to choose from. These are timeless, flattering pieces that photograph beautifully and suit a variety of roles and personalities.

4. Shoot Day Prep

We set a date that works for you. When you arrive at the studio:

• We hang and review the garments

• Match hairstyles to outfits, lighting, and expression

• Discuss pose ideas and emotional tone for the session

• Everything is styled to enhance your unique character and story.

5. After the Shoot

I’ll go through your images and:

• Crop and colour-correct the very best shots

• Send you a private proof gallery to review

• You select your favourite images for retouching

6. Final Delivery

Your beautifully retouched headshots are delivered via a secure digital download, ready to use for:

• Agent submissions
